1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Toystorypks website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

2. Products & Quality

  • Quality Commitment: As a small, home-based store, we commit to offering high-end, quality brands of kids' items. We strive for accurate product descriptions and images.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Order and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Taxes and Shipping: A flat rate of PKR 370 is charged for shipping across Pakistan, which includes all applicable government taxes.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirms that we have received your order request, not that it has been shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Time: We aim to deliver orders within 3-7 business days across Pakistan. Delays beyond our control (courier issues, emergencies) may occur, and we appreciate your understanding.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect information.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Policy: Due to the nature of being a small, home-based operation, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
