Return and Exchange Policy
We stand by the quality of the high-end brands we offer. To ensure a fair and efficient process for our small, home-based operation, we offer no returns, only exchanges are accepted on these following conditions:
1. Our Personalized Return Process
As a dedicated small business, all exchange requests are handled personally by the owner.
Mandatory First Step:

You must contact the owner directly via WhatsApp or Email (refer to our Contact Us page) to initiate any request within [Insert number, e.g., 7] days of receiving your order.

Do not ship the product back until you have received explicit confirmation and instructions from the owner.
2. General Conditions for Return & Exchange
A product will only be considered for a return or exchange under the following certain conditions:

The product received is the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size, colour, or model) that was ordered.

The product has a verifiable manufacturing fault (excluding damage caused by transit, which is covered below).
Ineligible Items:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original, resellable condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

We reserve the right to reject any return if the product shows signs of use or damage not reported prior to shipping.
3. Shipping the Return

Customer Responsibility: The customer is required to ship the product back to our warehouse at their own expense. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Shipping Instructions: The owner will provide the correct warehouse address once the return request is approved.
4. Damaged Products and Refunds (Mandatory Proof)
If your product arrives damaged due to transit, you are eligible for a refund, but strict proof is required for processing the claim:

Mandatory Evidence: You must immediately send the owner:

Your Order Number and the Name of the Product

A clear Video documenting the damage (ideally showing the unpacking)

Clear Pictures showing the specific damage

Refund Processing: Once the owner verifies the damage using the provided video and picture evidence, a refund for the product price (excluding the original shipping fee of PKR 370) will be processed back to your original payment method. No refund will be processed without this mandatory evidence.
